Introduction to Mountain Biking

New to mountain biking and want to explore somewhere remote and picturesque with like minded people?

Join Rach, who will show you how to do a basic pre-ride mechanic check before you set off to explore Ennerdale on two wheels.

Whilst out on the ride, Rach will be able to demonstrate how to get the most from the your bike by sharing techniques for off-road climbing and descending. There will be no need to worry about tackling mechanical problems whilst out on the ride as Rach will take care of those for you.

All you have to do is turn up with a bike that is safe to ride, comfortable riding clothes (including correctly fitted helmet, gloves and glasses), a rucksack (containing a snack, drink and a spare inner tube) and smile.
